The very first Founders on Tap. Dasha opened the series at Royale — a 111-year-old bar in San Francisco — with the question every community starts with: how do you build one from zero? Her answer: momentum before audience, and rooms where people genuinely help each other.
The lessons came from growing Women Tech Meetup to 10,000 members — along with the night's best confession: she tried to get ChatGPT to write the talk, and couldn't. Community wisdom has to be lived. The rest stayed in the room.
